Our Why...
The need to house vulnerable populations continues to grow each year. We are discovering that as social beings, the digital era is creating more and more of a barrier to the in-person interactions that we crave, leaving many of us feeling neglected, isolated and unsupported. This can take a serious toll on anyone, leading to increased health risks such as depression, high blood pressure, heart disease, substance abuse, and even suicide. Living alone is not for everyone, and when you have housemates, you are assured that someone is checking in on you. Someone is almost always there. It is our hope to help those affected by isolation, and know that our shared-living model will instill a sense of comfort, security, family, and well-being for all of our guests.
